Misleading: items listed as new not actually new!!

Beware of people offering items that are listed as new and when you read the fine print at the bottom of the page, it actually states that the item has been refurnished, hence it is not new, but is listed as new. You can get caught with this when in a hurry for an item and not reading the small fine print.
